By creating an account or using Wedora you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
2The service
Wedora is a wedding planning app and vendor directory. Couples plan tasks, budgets and guest lists, share RSVP invitations, save and message vendors, and request appointments or reservations. Any service agreement is between you and the vendor. Wedora is not a party to it and does not guarantee a vendor’s work, availability or prices.
3Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account was misused. You are responsible for activity under it.
4Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harass others, send spam, access other people’s data or interfere with the service.
5Your content
You own what you enter. You let Wedora store, display and transmit it to run the service, including showing messages and booking details to vendors you contact. You confirm you may share the guest details you enter.
6Payments and bookings
Prices, deposits, cancellations and refunds are agreed directly with the vendor. Reservations in Wedora reflect what you and the vendor entered.
7Intellectual property
The Wedora name, app and website belong to its operator, IAPPIX, and licensors. You get a limited, personal licence to use the app.
8Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
9Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Wedora is not liable for indirect loss or for the acts of vendors or other users. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Changes
We may update these terms and will tell users about material changes in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept them.
